In the winter of 2011, while Destiny beckoned and played magic in a library in Riyadh, Wesam, Mouth, and Wael met and became friends, sharing a love of design experience. With the help of their friends, they formed ADE, a diverse, draw-it-by-hand, make-it-from-scratch, do-it-together creative event management company, in a shop they built in the rural area of Riyadh.
In the years since, ADE has worked on a wide array of unique projects with some of the best people, building exhibitions in Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Jbeel, and beyond. ADE is a comprehensive event management firm founded in 2010. We specialize in creating memorable and accessible designs for various clients, including corporations, government entities and international groups. Our goal is to make an impact through our open and collaborative design process, turning ideas into engaging environments and opportunities into results. ADE consists of two companies: ADE Architects and ADE Design. We have worked on projects ranging from 250 to 250,000 square feet and strive to work with clients who want to make a global impact.”
As a fully integrated solutions provider and production house, we offer a range of services for events, exhibitions, and environments in the Middle East. These services include custom exhibition stands, exhibition scenography, contracting and management, event decor and setup, semi-permanent museum exhibitions, and tent and furniture rentals.
We adhere to best practices in project management to successfully deliver even the most complex and demanding projects. Our clients can rely on us for support throughout the entire process, from planning and production to setup and dismantle, for a seamless experience every time.
Our Approach As an integrated production house, we have a team of 430 industry experts and master craftsmen in carpentry, steel, electricity, graphics, and fabrics, as well as 5 international engineers, senior project managers, event managers, and designers. Our 38,000sqm facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, enabling us to produce a wide range of custom creations in any shape or size. We also have a dedicated logistics department with a fleet of vehicles to ensure timely and controlled deliveries.
Our team is the foundation of our positive and harmonious work environment. We are a culturally diverse group, with 20 different nationalities represented and over 15 languages spoken.
